I hate to start all over again and maybe that's what keeping me here. I love my job, dont get me wrong, but (yes, there's a but) I am not excelling. I love teaching media but apparently, my job is not about that anymore. No one appreciates my brain and hey, I do have one. It's almost time to move on. The truth will set you free, Ed.

Build rapport with your colleagues
Don't talk so much to your colleagues
We want to see you put in more effort
We don't want you to stay at work so late

Be a mentor
Be a robot
Step out of your comfort zone
Don't research for something too long
Prepare for class well
But do so within 30 minutes
Take new responsibilities
Plan office recreation activities
Try not to have so many failure cases
Be professional in marking
Be serious
