Dear Miss Ed,

I refer to your email.

The reason why your ETA did not go through was due to your medical records.

When we received the scan copy of your passport, we refer it back to the
Australian Health Authorities.

They came back to us that it is alright to issue an ETA which was then
granted.

In future your medical records is no longer an issue.
