Dancing with tears in my eyes

Argh...my tummy hurts!
It hurts...
...cause I ate too much.

Had BK's Double Mushroom Swiss meal for iftar and after I rushed to class. I am now in class still. The first student came at 1945hrs and I have just released her after going through some notes and stuff. Anyway, I cant go to the toilet because I cannot leave my laptop in the classroom.

Well, I can pack my stuff, put it back at my desk in the staff room upstairs ... but why do I want to go through so much hassle?
Besides, what if another student decide to turn up at 2115hrs?
Argh!!!

I did my hair yesterday....and no, I didnt perm it cause I feel it was not long enough. Maybe I will perm it for Hari Raya Haji...or for my birthday. I said maybe. Yesterday's straightening session took me almost 6 hours, causing my ass to be so numbed by then. I had the sister with me...so I wasnt that bored I guess.

I was feeling generous so I paid for the sister's hair session as well. Good to do something for her once in a while. Rushed over to Paragon once we were done cause I wanted to get bedsheets from Aussino. Then, we broke fast at Thai Express downstairs.

Yada...yada...yada...

I need to get Hari Raya cards pronto. And mentioning pronto, I also need to get money envelopes for Hari Raya. And mentioning money, I need to go to the bank to get smaller dollar notes. There's only 1 Ramadhan weekend left. The next one one will be Hari Raya already. I have yet to mop my floor and hang my curtains.

Actually, why do I have to do that in the first place? It's not like I want people to come into my room...sleep on my bed or hang onto my curtains. Still, I tire myself silly every year doing it on Hari Raya's eve. I have no idea why do I do it when the next day, I will just lock the door when people come to visit.

Hmmm...I guess it is just my way of showing the folks at home that I am actually doing something. If I dont do that, there'll be nothing else to do but to watch TV. That wont be nice, will it? Especially when the mother is toiling over the stove and the father is busy cleaning up the house.

But...but...

The kitchen is only big enough for one person and the mother is the better cook. You dont want to tamper with Hari Raya food okay! If it's bad, it will go down in the family history as a major disaster. Why should I risk being the villain? As for cleaning the house...the father is a clean freak. I cant match up to him.

Bah.

Guess I have to hang that curtain in my room on Hari Raya's eve.
Do it very slowly, Ed.
Take all the time in the world.

Going home soon.

P/S: You havent done the review for Death At A Funeral, Ed!!#%&#*
