Editing the edited

[Tonight I was reminded of why I called meself 'Ed'. And it is not because I am coming out, or something.]

Okay ignore the previous entry about love being overrated and full of rubbish. I was just pms-ing. Yeah good that it's PMS. At least I am not pregnant right? That shouldn’t be an excuse, I know, but well, I did think love was overrated and crap a couple of hours ago.

I think staring at the computer screen since this afternoon has messed something up.

Anyway I woke up this morning afternoon and was greeted by the beautiful rain. So in my state of unwashed/tak mandi, I grabbed a stool, opened the kitchen window and sat by it having breakfast lunch.

By the way, I may be unwashed, but I still looked fresher than most of the population out there. Agree? Hah I know you do.

Don’t you just love the trees and the road? The trees give me that California/Beverly Hills feeling while the road…they remind me of cobblestoned pavements. I can imagine horses running over it. Oh so Victorian!

And Rae, here’s for you. Presenting your ex-door. One of them, that is.

Pity you are no longer staying here.
We could have been great clubbing kakis.
My love for house and dance music wouldn’t have met with such a premature death.

Anyway yeah..still on page 8. Am getting cross-eyed. I had to read over and over again because I seemed to lose track of which line I was editing. Maybe it is time to stop.

Maybe.

Think I am emitting some weird vibes to friends. Guys, are you sensing some stand-offish-ness from me? Probably you are. But sometimes, I just don’t want to answer some really stupid questions. Granted you guys are just keeping up polite conversations. But I just want to say…it is okay to ignore me. I just don’t want to come across as being mean but sometimes, I just don’t feel like answering some questions. Sometimes I just don’t want to give a damn about things.

I am going to lose more friends I tell you.

But I guess (beware, my favourite phrase is coming up) when a push comes to shove (hurray for favourite phrase), those that understand you are those that matter. Because when they understand you, you will give them the honour and respect of understanding them back. Simple. Must let go of whiny clingers or parasites of the human species. Correct, CY2?

Anyway I decided to tie some loose ends. Or is it end some loose ties? Boy, did it end with a bang!

Hah.

You’re so clever, Ed.

[Am listening to Damien Rice…I am self-destructing at 0400hrs.]

Susan, after a hindsight of endless countdowns, the big day is here. How big? It’s epochal. Erm, I have the dictionary with me, hence this word.

[I know you are going to read this…just a matter of when] Anyway, I just want to wish you and Sean a very happy marriage. I will be lucky to experience half the love you guys have and the faith to commit to each other. Cause right now I cant see myself succumbing to it. But you guys make the impossible (commitment, that is) work so here’s to you, may you be blessed.

It is going to be a beautiful wedding, dear Bridezilla.

Don’t you worry about it.
Just be beautiful.
And hey, have a great time.

See you there.

Damn. Am going to HTA in 5.5 hours’ time.

A thousand times goodnight, angels with dirty faces.

P/S: Damn I have spoilt my gothic corsage. Was thinking of wearing it later.
