Just a perfect day
Drink sangria in the park
And then later when it gets dark
We’d go home
Just a perfect day
Feed animals in the zoo
Then later a movie too
And then home
Oh it’s such a perfect day
I’m glad I spend it with you
Oh such a perfect day
You just keep me hanging on
You just keep me hanging on
Just a perfect day
Problems all left alone
We can do this on our own
It’s such fun
Just a perfect day
You make me forget myself
I thought I was someone else
Someone good
Oh it’s such a perfect day
I’m glad I spend it with you
Oh such a perfect day
You just keep me hanging on
You just keep me hanging on
You’re going to reap just what you sow
You’re going to reap just what you sow
You’re going to reap just what you sow
You’re going to reap just what you sow - Perfect Day Lou Reed
Am at the library now and ah, this depressing song just crept into my ears. Depressing? Yeah the tune and the voice belie the happy words. If I ever feel suicidal, this will take me over the edge.
[The Wireless@SG is not happening. I am beginning to wonder if it is the connection…or my computer. Oh well. Never mind.]
I managed to sleep through the heavy drilling this morning. The kitchen bathroom has been totally annihilated and I think by tomorrow, it will be “resurrected”. Then it will be the one in my room. Will no longer have white bowl…will have beige one instead and yeah…a working sink. Hooray.
Went to the doc’s to have a body check up and well, the weight and height are still the same, dispelling the rumours of lost, gain and stretch. Like to think that it is because of bulky muscles. Yeah maybe on my ass… from sitting too much. Urgh, so depressing.
But at least it is good to know that after living for almost 27 years (and being royally fat), my heart is still normal, my blood pressure is still running fine and my pee hasn’t been sweetened. For $21, that is good to know.
Okay back to work.
P/S: Will stop by Bata to check out this pair of shoes I saw in a magazine.
